
Ingredients:
2-3 Chicken Breasts
1 jar marinara
1 cup greek yogurt
1 (14.5oz) box pasta of choice
salt & pepper to taste
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tbs italian seasoning
2 tbs minced garlic (to taste)
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tsp Valentina
Directions:
- Put chicken into a slow cooker (or instant pot) and add 1 jar of marinara along with minced garlic and seasonings. Cook on high for 3 hours (if using instant pot: pressure cook for 10 minutes).
- Boil water for pasta and cook per directions on package.
- Once chicken is done, take out the chicken to shred. Add it back into the slow cooker. Add in greek yogurt, sour cream, valentina.
- Add in pasta and mix well.
