
Ingredients:
1.5 cups mashed, ripe bananas (about 3 medium bananas)
2 cups oats (ground in a food processor or blender)
1/2 cup peanut butter (or 2 eggs)
2 tbs honey (optional)
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup chocolate chips (or diced fruit, etc)
Directions:
- Pre heat the oven to 350 degrees and prepare a small pan (8x8 or small cake pan).
- Add all the ingredients to a bowl, mix well and pour into pan.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until firm to the touch and lightly golden brown.
- Let cool fully in the pan, then slice and serve.
- Can be stored in the fridge up to a week.
